Through a recent partnership with Calgary-based, managed security provider, SecuSolutions, TELEHOUSE is pleased to announce the debut of its newest Manage-E service, Web Application Vulnerability (WEV) Sentinel. An automated vulnerability scanning service, WEV Sentinel will regularly test your mission-critical network devices, Firewalls, IDS, IPS, Routers, Operating Systems, Mail, DNS, File and Web applications to detect vulnerabilities and identify and report on security weaknesses inherent within your network infrastructure.  Available to both existing data center clients and new prospects alike, WEV Sentinel provides daily vulnerability detection for customers looking to protect their “mission-critical” informational assets from attacks, while ensuring compliance with various regulatory acts such HIPPA, SOX, NERC, among others.

Through WEV Sentinel, TELEHOUSE offers subscribers a daily vulnerability assessment that identifies vulnerabilities that help prevent attacks before they are launched. It also defines the risk involved for each, while prescribing a simple method to repair each vulnerability or weakness that is discovered. Vulnerabilities are categorized into six levels, which are ranked by their severity, and a priority ranking is given to help the customer to eliminate the more serious issues first.  The service also allows the client to review their current and archived reports at anytime through the secured WEV Sentinel Client Portal.
