Masaaki Nakanishi - President and CEO Masaaki Nakanishi joined KDDI Corporation in 1975 after graduating from Sophia University with a degree in Business Law. He has worked in senior Management positions since his appointment as Managing Director of KDDI Europe Ltd in 2000. Among many other roles, he has is also a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of DMX Technologies, another KDDI subsidiary and provider of digital media software and solutions throughout Asia. |

Minoru Suzuki - Vice President Mr. Suzuki joined KDDI Corporation in 1985 after graduating from Tohoku University in Japan with a bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology. While working for KDDI in Japan, Mr. Suzuki worked for network planning, network development, and network operations for the development of the KDDI Global network. |

Atsushi Iizuka - Vice President - Facility Planning and Sales Engineering From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Iizuka worked for KDDI America as VP, Network Business being in charge of business and service development with US carriers and ISPs, and holding responsibility of network operation. Previously, he had worked for Telehouse America for six years holding positions of Director of Operations and Deputy Director, Sales. Mr. Iizuka earned a BS in Systems Engineering from Science University of Tokyo in Japan. |

Akio Sugeno - Vice President - Internet Engineering, Operations and Business Development In his current role, Mr. Sugeno is charged with five major responsibilities: network engineering, managing the Company's exchange points, software/database engineering, operations and overall business development. Before joining Telehouse, he served as a software engineer at DNP Lab. Mr. Sugeno is actively involved with various network engineering organizations, and frequently speaks at both the Réseaux IP Européens (RIPE) and North American Network Operators' Group (NANOG) conferences. He earned a BS in telecommunications from Waseda University in Japan. |

Ann Cecio - Director of Human Resources Prior to joining Telehouse America, Ms. Cecio served as the Human Resources Director for M-Pen, an international software technology company, and New Plan Realty Trust, a national REIT involved with major shopping centers and apartment complexes. Ms. Cecio earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Staten Island College in New York. |

Fred Cannone - Director of Sales and Marketing Appointed the Director of Sales & Marketing for TELEHOUSE America in 2007, Mr. Cannone is responsible for developing and managing sales and marketing programs to address business needs for a wide variety of vertical markets including Internet and content delivery service providers, telecommunication carriers, financial and media companies and large enterprise clients. Mr. Cannone joined TELEHOUSE America in 2004 as a Sales Manager where he focused on managing new and existing client relationships for disaster recovery, colocation, managed services, peering and Internet services. Prior to joining TELEHOUSE, Mr. Cannone served as Telecom Sales Consultant for MCI Telecommunications where he was responsible for analysis and sales of voice, data, and Internet communication needs of new corporate clients. Mr. Cannone graduated from St. Francis College in New York with a Bachelor of Science degree. |
