Headquartered in Rochester, New York, eBaum’s World Inc., a website focused solely on entertainment media, consisting of videos, flash cartoons and Web games, needed to build out a primary space for organic growth extending over a two year period with enough power, cooling, and IP capacity to serve their content effectively at a significantly reduced cost.
The Solution
After careful consideration of the many data center options throughout the New York metro area, TELEHOUSE America was eBaum’s World Inc.’s obvious choice. EBaum’s World Inc. formed a close relationship with the TELEHOUSE America team because of the help they received when considering new options. Their previous expensive colocation facility had reached their maximum capacity and could no longer meet expectations. The secure, flexible density and lower cost facility located at 7 Teleport Drive further supported their plan to grow. People were onsite 24X7 to ensure that testing or servicing were completed timely and correctly. Every aspect of TELEHOUSE’s planning and service were delivered in a consultative manner designed to update and educate eBaum’s World from both a planning and technical perspective.
The Results

The Customer Assistance Center (CAC) has also been readily available, 24/7, to trouble shoot issues and solve problems. All of eBaum’s World’s questions regarding planning, pricing, and account management were clarified and kept as first priority.
