Telehouse America Appoints Milad Abdelmessih as Chief Operating Officer to Strengthen Operational Excellence and Customer Experience

In his new role, Abdelmessih will oversee operational strategy, infrastructure performance, and service delivery across Telehouse America’s portfolio, ensuring continued excellence in customer experience, operational efficiency, and innovation in digital infrastructure solutions.
Abdelmessih brings more than 15 years of experience in the data center and telecommunications industries. Prior to his appointment as COO, he served as Vice President at Telehouse America, where he led strategic initiatives and business expansion efforts. Throughout his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in scaling operations, enhancing high-density colocation capabilities, and strengthening the company’s carrier-neutral connectivity ecosystem. His deep expertise in facility management, network ecosystems, and operational optimization has helped position Telehouse America as a trusted partner for enterprises, cloud providers, and network operators worldwide.
